We offer a 30 day refund or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.

Returning an Item?

Email us at info@sonicaLED.com with the following details

  1. Email Address

  2. Order Number

  3. Item you wish to return or replace

In case you're not happy with your buy, you can return it back to us for replacement or refund . You will be asked for to give back the item in its unique, undamaged package before we handle your request.

We will pay for your return postage on a faulty or incorrect order once the item has been received and checked. It would be ideal if you remember to keep the packing in its original condition. We will advise you on which courier company to use. If the item is large, we may arrange collection to be made, however please not if the collection is missed, a charge of £10 would be added.


Please keep in mind the following:

Non faulty goods can be returned back for replacement or refund however customer must pay for the carriage charge.

Goods must be in the original condition and the packaging must remain undamaged.


What courier do I use when returning goods?

Small items must be sent my Royal Mail 2nd class signed delivery.

Larger items can be sent using UPS or Parcel Force (if your goods are faulty please consult with us and we will advise you)


If your order is not within the 30 Days period?

You can still exchange your items for a different item on the Sonica Led website using a credit Which we will provide. Again item and packaging must be in its original condition.
